LIFE IS MADE OF LONG TERM ISSUES

If one man does it, all other assumptions, theories and practicalities saying “this can’t be done” are dumped. 

Here is an excerpt from RNT in Asian Age, showcasing his servant leadership, utmost humility, and always making means more important than the end.

The legacy a true leader would like to leave behind would be to leave behind a legacy of that he made a difference that he has improved the quality of life of the people whom he served and that there was nothing that he did which was in a manner speaking for himself. 

I owe it to my colleagues, CEOs of companies, people, who made whatever happened at Tata Group happen… But it is they who made the group what it is. I have travelled the same journey as my ancestors did and did what I thing was the right thing at the right moment whenever it happened. The world and businesses are striving for short term goals and recognitions. But life is made of long term issues. To simply say that he travelled the same journey as his ancestors is just like taking no credit to himself. Not getting influenced by the rat race and always valuing roots more than fruits… #This is RNT
