Four of the students - Vansh Patel, Aaryan A.S, Heet Patel and Nachiket Bangale along with Prof. Amol Warad from Nath School of Business and Technology had the privilege of attending the INDIA SOFT & India Electronics Expo 2024 in Delhi, a two-day event showcasing cutting-edge products and technologies from companies around the world. The trip not only provided valuable insights into the latest advancements in the tech industry but also allowed us to explore the vibrant city of Delhi.
Day 1: 17th January, 2024
Touching down in Delhi, We felt the pulse of anticipation for the upcoming tech conferences. The seamless check-in at our chosen accommodation set the tone for a well-planned trip. The first day was dedicated to the inauguration of India Soft & India Electronics Expo 2024, an international IT event, where industry leaders converged to discuss the latest trends, innovations, and collaborations shaping the future of information technology. The expo was held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. They highlighted the role of innovation and collaboration in driving the industry forward. The exhibition hall was a bustling hub of activity, with companies showcasing a diverse range of products, from software solutions to electronic gadgets. We had the opportunity to interact with representatives from various organisations, gaining insights into emerging technologies and networking with professionals in the field. The expo provided an excellent platform for fostering connections and learning about the latest trends shaping the tech industry. We explored the tactics of various companies such as A&T, Hiteshi, Orion Score and many more companies based on IOT, Automation and Smart City. We experienced the authentic taste of Chole Kulcha at two of the famous places of Delhi - Jain by Chawalwalla and Haldirams.
Day 2: 18th January, 2024
With a plethora of conferences, panel discussions, and workshops, the second day was an information-packed adventure. From AI and block chain to cybersecurity and IoT, the sessions covered diverse technological domains. Networking opportunities allowed us to connect with like-minded professionals, fostering collaborations and partnerships that promised exciting prospects for the future. Engaging with industry professionals, attending insightful seminars, and witnessing live demonstrations left me inspired by the strides India is making in the IT sector.
Taking a break from the tech-centric atmosphere, we dedicated the rest of the day to exploring Delhi's rich heritage and museums. A visit to the India Gate provided insights into the country's history and struggles. Also, we visited the Museum of Illusions where it was a fantastic experience that we will not forget! The Museum of Illusions is a space suitable both for social and entertaining tours into the WORLD OF ILLUSIONS which has delights all generations. It’s a perfect place for new experiences and fun with friends and family. The evening was spent savouring authentic South Indian cuisine at Hotel Saravana Bhavan, offering a perfect blend of tradition and innovation.
Concluding Thoughts:
The trip to Delhi for INDIA SOFT & India Electronics Expo 2024 was both enlightening and enjoyable. The expo broadened our perspectives on technological advancements, and the exploration to various landmarks of Delhi added a memorable dimension to our journey. We have returned to our institute with a wealth of knowledge and a deeper appreciation for the ever-evolving world of technology.
