Three years ago, my journey at Nath School of Business and Technology (NSBT) began with hesitation and a head full of questions. As a shy and introverted girl, I stepped into the world of tech education with no clear idea of what lay ahead or what I was truly capable of. I was unfamiliar with coding, unsure about my ca

reer path, and quietly overwhelmed by the new environment. But NSBT turned out to be more than just a college — it became the launchpad for my transformation. It didn’t just teach me programming languages or technical concepts. It turned my fear into courage, my silence into voice, and my confusion into direction.

At first, I wasn’t focused on my studies and my SGPA reflected that. I felt low, but I didn’t do much to change it. Then one day, Amol Warad sir encouraged me by saying, “Amruta 2.0 version upgraded,” when I scored better. That moment pushed me to take my studies seriously. It paid off — I got an internship and placement at Rucha Engineers Pvt. Ltd., where I finally got to prove what I’m really capable of.

At NSBT, learning extended far beyond the classroom. I discovered that competition could be a powerful teacher. During our first Code’aThon, I realized that success doesn’t come from talent alone—it takes leadership, coordination, and unity. The lessons I learned there prepared me for bigger things, and before long, I stood proud as the first prize winner at SWAG Tech Fest. That moment shifted my mindset. I stopped doubting myself and started saying, “Yes, I can.”

At NSBT, I had the opportunity to learn not just from faculty, but also from inspiring individuals from the industry. Listening to speakers like Maulin Pandya, a powerful motivational speaker, Krishnakant Mane, India’s first visually-challenged IT professional and a successful tech entrepreneur, and Vidyadhar Sharma, an educator, engineer, and full-stack maker from Bangalore, was truly eye-opening. Their journeys were more than just stories—they were living proof that passion, resilience, and innovation can break through any limitation. The insights I gained from their sessions went far beyond technical knowledge. They taught me how to think differently, embrace challenges, and redefine what's possible—not only in my career but in life itself.

NSBT also arranged insightful sessions in collaboration with Bajaj Finserv, which opened up a whole new dimension of learning for me. Through these sessions, I gained valuable knowledge about soft skills, investments, loans, and marketing strategies. Each topic was explained in a way that made it easy to understand and connect with real-life applications. As a technology student, I never expected to enjoy finance and marketing so much—but these sessions broadened my perspective and helped me build a well-rounded skill set that goes beyond just technical knowledge.

Providing books and stationery is common, but NSBT went a step further by initiating a laptop distribution program, which made a significant difference for me. Receiving a high-quality Lenovo laptop not only saved me a major financial burden but also gave me the right tool to learn and grow. In addition, having access to premium resources like AWS accounts and a Microsoft 365 subscription with advanced tools further enhanced my learning experience. These resources helped me build skills in specific domains and work on real-time projects with confidence.

Outside academics, NSBT helped me discover and nurture my creative side. During the Ganesh Chaturthi competition, I submitted five name-based drawings and won three prizes—for my artworks based on ATHER, TKM, and UDAAN. But the most unforgettable moment came when I was chosen to recreate my ATHER design on a large canvas as a gift for the company. That opportunity was more than recognition—it was a reminder that passion, when pursued sincerely, always finds a stage.

In the final semester, I began my four-month internship at Rucha Engineers Pvt. Ltd. There, I stepped into the professional world with confidence. Concepts like responsibility, discipline, and time management—values NSBT had quietly instilled in me—became second nature. I wasn’t just observing anymore; I was contributing, learning, and proving to myself that I belonged in that space.
